DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS

DELIVERY: FREE within a 4 mile radius of Laurel Canyon Blvd. & Ventura Blvd. in Studio City.  Outside of this area will incur a fee.

PICK-UP OPTION (Saturday only): You can pick-up your order in front of Carpenter Ave. Elementary School between 10:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Enter this address during checkout (3909 Carpenter Ave. Studio City 91604) so you are not charged a delivery fee. Please add a note in the Notes section that you’ll be picking up.

All online orders are delivered on Saturday unless they meet the Weekday requirements.

SHIPPING

Make sure to select FLAT RATE FEE at checkout [fee includes USPS shipping, ziplock bags, bag of salt and processing]

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Orders placed after 10 am on Tuesdays will ship the following Tuesday

Eat what you can and store the rest in the freezer for later!

We ship via USPS Medium Box Priority mail which has 2-3 day delivery window:

MEETINGS & PARTIES

Our pretzels are a great twist to company meetings, parties and events.(we do not cater)

Minimum Order Quantity: 20 pretzels

Minimum Notice: 48 hrs.(we can do it in 24 hrs sometimes but we cannot make promises)
