What Makes Our Pretzels Special
After moving from Philly to LA, our founder couldn’t find a good soft pretzel anywhere on the West Coast. West Coast Pretzels was created in 2018 with the mission to bring East Coast inspired soft pretzels to Angelenos.
Working with German Master Bakers and Philly soft pretzel bakers, and after many iterations, we created a pretzel that blends East Coast tradition with Old World German techniques.
Today, every pretzel and bagel is hand-rolled, twisted, and baked in small batches in a 24 hour process. We use zero sugar, no oils, no dairy and no preservatives—just 4 simple ingredients making for a 100% vegan, better-for-you product.
