Shipping policy

We offer two ways to get your food: Local Pickup and Direct Shipping.

Local Pickup (Fulfillment-Pickup):

• Orders must be picked up at the respective Pickup Location stating during our designated hours.

• If an order is not picked up, it will be disposed of for safety reasons and no refund will be issued.

Direct Shipping (Fulfillment-Shipping):

• We ship using 1-2 Day delivery to ensure freshness.

• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order leaves our kitchen.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
