Refund policy
At West Coast Pretzels, we take great pride in the quality of our food products. Because our items are perishable and intended for consumption, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been picked up or delivered.

No Shows: Orders must be picked up at the Pickup Location stated and during our designated hours.
If an order is not picked up, it will be disposed of for safety reasons and no refund will be issued.

Quality Issues: If there is a clear error with your order or a quality concern, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with a photo of the product.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled or modified if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or shipping time and there may be a slight charge depending on if the product has already been started.
